We want every Pawdigy order to arrive safe and sound, with love.

1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

2. Delivery Time
• Malaysia: 2–5 working days
• Singapore: 3–7 working days
• Other destinations: shipping times vary and will be confirmed during checkout

3. Shipping Fees
Calculated at checkout based on location and weight. Orders above RM150 ship free within Malaysia.

4. Delivery Partners
We use reliable couriers including J&T Express, Ninja Van, and Pos Laju to deliver your products with care.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your Pawdigy package on its journey.

6. Shipping Damage
If your parcel arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours with photos, so we can make things right.
