1. Return Window
You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility
• Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition.
• For hygiene reasons, opened shampoo bottles or used toys cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Defective or damaged products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, with photos and order details. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

5. Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a product defect or our shipping error.
