SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
For Malaysia, 2–5 working days. For Singapore, 3–7 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, orders above RM150 within Malaysia qualify for free shipping.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return a product if my pet doesn’t like it?
As long as it is unused and in its original packaging, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Used toys or opened shampoos cannot be returned unless they are defective.
What if the item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage — we will arrange a replacement or refund with care.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or sent in error.
